Shipping Policy

When we receive your order via our website, we will send a confirmation to you and dispatch your item(s) within 24 hours after confirmation of payment. You can expect your order to be delivered to the specified address within 2 to 7 business days from the payment date, subject to your location in Nigeria. For Lagos, same day shipping and delivery is available for orders placed before 11am. Shipping cost is 7000 naira in Lagos and 15000 naira for other states. It is free for orders above 500,000 naira.

Return and Refund Policy

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right. Customers may request a refund within 7 days of purchase. Refunds apply only to items purchased directly from our store (online or physical). To qualify, the laptop must be returned in the same condition it was sold, with all accessories and packaging. Only defective items can be returned. To initiate a refund, customers must contact us via email, phone, or visit our physical store within 7 days of purchase and a proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is required. Once the laptop is inspected and approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method. Refunds will not be granted if the item shows signs of damage, misuse, or unauthorised repairs or it is due to software issues, viruses, or data loss.

 

Shipping returns

To return your item by shipping, you should mail to: Techobra, Tele Plaza, Shop C22, 5 Saka Tinubu Street, Victoria Island, Lagos. You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning your item. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

Warranty Policy

All pre-owned devices purchased from our store (online or physical) come with a 30-day limited warranty. This warranty covers repairs only for hardware or functional issues that arise under normal use during the warranty period. The warranty does not cover replacement of the device. Customers must present proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) when making a warranty claim. Repairs will be carried out by our in-house technicians or authorised service partners. The warranty excludes issues caused by: Accidental damage, misuse, or neglect, authorised repairs or modifications, software problems, viruses, or data loss, Normal wear and tear (e.g., battery degradation, cosmetic scratches). To initiate a warranty claim, please contact us via email, phone, or visit our physical store within the 30-day period. Our team will inspect the device to determine if the issue is covered under warranty. If covered, repairs will be provided at no cost. If the issue is not covered, customers may choose to proceed with paid repair services. The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. We are not liable for any indirect damages, loss of data, or downtime resulting from device issues. This warranty policy is designed to protect both our valued customers and Techobra Limited.
