4. Product Information

Techobra Limited sells used laptops only. All devices are:

• Fully tested and verified before sale
• Accurately described to the best of our knowledge
• Pre‑owned and may show minor cosmetic wear

Please note:

• Battery health varies for used devices
• Cosmetic imperfections are normal and not considered defects

Return Window

Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date the item is delivered.

Eligible Returns

A laptop is considered defective if:

Non‑Eligible Returns

We do not accept returns for:

• Change of mind
• Cosmetic wear
• Battery performance within normal used‑device range
• Damage caused after delivery
• Software issues caused by the customer

Refunds
