Refund Policy

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

Eligibility

  • Customers may request a refund within 7 days of purchase.
  • Refunds apply only to items purchased directly from our store (online or physical).
  • To qualify, the laptop must be returned in the same condition it was sold, with all accessories and packaging.

Process

  • To initiate a refund, customers must contact us via email, phone, or visit our physical store within 7 days of purchase.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is required.
  • Once the laptop is inspected and approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Refunds will not be granted if:

  • The item shows signs of damage, misuse, or unauthorized repairs.
  • Software issues, viruses, or data loss are the reason for the request.
  • The request is made after the 7-day period.

Shipping returns

To return your item by shipping, you should mail to: Techobra, Tele Plaza, Shop C22, 5 Saka Tinubu Street, Victoria Island, Lagos.

You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning your item.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
